How do I search for a technician?

From the home page choose the type of service (electrical, plumbing, AC, cleaning...) and optionally the region and city. You'll see a list of available technicians with their services, prices and ratings.

How do I place a booking request?

Choose a suitable technician and click their card to open their page, then select the service you need and click «Request service». Set your location, maintenance appointment and any notes; your number will be sent to the technician to contact you.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. To place a request as a beneficiary you must log in or create an account. To offer your services as a technician you also need to register, choose «Technician» and complete your details and services.

How do I become a technician on the platform?

Register a new account and choose «Technician», then add your personal details and the region/city you work in, and add the services you offer with prices. After that, beneficiaries can see your page and request services.

How do I get in touch with the technician?

After you submit a request through the platform, your mobile number is sent to the technician. They will contact you directly (call or WhatsApp) to confirm the appointment and details.

Do I pay through the platform?

Qurm is an intermediary between you and the technician and does not collect payments. Payment and the final price are agreed directly between you and the technician after you get in touch.

What if I want to cancel the request?

You can cancel before the service is performed. Cancellation details or any fees are agreed directly with the technician. The platform does not intervene in cancellation disputes between beneficiary and technician.

Does the platform guarantee service quality?

Qurm does not employ technicians and does not guarantee the outcome or quality of services. The contractual relationship is between you and the technician. You can use the ratings and reviews on technician pages as a guide.

The technician works in another city. Can I still request service?

Technicians are shown in their region/city. If a technician is registered for a specific city only, you cannot place a request from another city. Choose a technician who works in your city or region.
