Welcome to Qurm Home Maintenance Platform. These terms and conditions govern your use of the platform and your relationship with it. Please read them before using the service.

1. Acceptance

By using the platform (browsing, registering, requesting a service, or providing a service as a technician) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Scope and parties

These terms apply to all visitors, beneficiaries (those who request maintenance services), and technicians (service providers). Qurm Home Maintenance Platform is the operator and owner of the platform.

3. Role of the platform

Qurm is a technical intermediary between beneficiaries and technicians; it does not provide the service itself nor employ technicians. The platform does not guarantee the quality or outcome of services provided by technicians and is not liable for their financial or contractual obligations to beneficiaries. The direct relationship after confirmation is between the beneficiary and the technician.

4. Accounts and use

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for not allowing others to use your account. Use of the platform for unlawful or non-compliant purposes is prohibited. The platform may remove or reject any content that violates these terms.

5. Orders and bookings

Orders become binding once confirmed by the technician. Direct contact between beneficiary and technician is recommended to agree on details, scheduling, and pricing. The platform does not intervene in the final agreement between the two parties.

6. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the service is performed. Additional terms or fees may apply according to the technician’s policy or as agreed between the parties. The platform is not responsible for cancellation disputes between beneficiary and technician.

7. Limitation of liability

Qurm Platform is not liable for damage arising from the work of technicians, their delay, or failure to perform the service. Use of the platform and reliance on technicians is at the beneficiary’s risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage.

8. Account suspension

Qurm Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account—beneficiary or technician—in case of breach of these terms, misuse, or for operational or legal reasons, without obligation to give prior notice where necessary.

9. Amendments

Qurm Home Maintenance Platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be published on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after publication is taken as acceptance of the amended terms.
